Fantastic customer service. I placed an order and when delivered, the helmet was defective. I sent an email and within hours received a call from Michael, who walked me through next steps to resolve the problem. He worked with the company (Kask) and I had a new helmet in a few days. Truly a pleasure to feel supported - and I love working with "local" shops. Veteran-owned, clearly wonderful staff!

I had some derailleur issues on my mountain bike after a run-in with a rock, and Red Monkey got me taken care of super quickly and it shifts like a dream now, better than before the rock! Mike took time to answer other questions of mine and even offered to let me take a spin on his MTB to get the feel of a coil shock. I think I've found my new go-to for repairs and future upgrades, thank you Red Monkey!

I appreciate the work (i.e., replacing a broken 8-speed chain and non-removable Presta Valve) Michael did getting my 2013 Fuji Absolute 3.0 LE Road Bike operational again. The work was completed within two days, the price was fair, and there wasn't any pushy upsell. As a bonus, Michael is friendly, knowledgeable, and his store is clean and fresh.

You have to check out this shop! Owner was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They have a decent amount of stuff in stock like, tubes, grips, tires, a big amount of nutrition and others. Very nice coffee bar, lounge area and even a bike stand where you can work on your own bike if you would like to.

Happened to spot this place during my ride and decided to drop in. Needed some new tubes anyway. Wound up picking up a new helmet and jersey too, which they SHIPPED TO MY HOUSE because I couldn't carry them at the time. The owner sounds like he knows his cycling stuff. Been riding for many years himself. Really nice place too. The guy even had a free cappuccino bar in his lounge area.
